Which gpu are we talking about?

For example a PC inside the Define R5 case with a i5 4690k on a z97-a plus Asus motherboard cooled by a Noctua NH-U14S. 2 GTX 970 (Asus Strix) in SLI. 2x4gb Vengeance LP 2x4gb 1600mhz RAM. 1 1TB WD Blue 7200RPM 64MB and an Samsung 840 EVO 120GB. How big of a PSU should i go with?

A 750 W will serve you well. I recommend the EVGA G2 750 W PSU. Since you're planning on doing SLI along with OCing.

Would you reccomend water or air cooling. Corsair H100i inside a Corsair 450D or a Noctua NH-U14S inside a Fractal Design Define R5?

Honestly, I'm all for air cooling if you're only planning to overclock it moderately.

So this looks ok? (I don't need any new RAM since i can re-use the one in my current PC.)
