4690K Oc problems

Hey guys! So i set core ratio to 43 and core voltage to 1,20 and it doesnt show that my cpu speed is 4,3Ghz it just shows 3,5Ghz,Is something wrong? 

Using maximus VII Hero.Im noob to overclocking :D so dont judge me.

Turbo boost enabled,how do i update bios?

I disabled it and then wrote 43 in the core ratio and the turbo boost enabled itself

First, where are you checking that your CPU is not being overclcoked? Second, how exactly are you trying to overclock it through the turbo boost?When you are overclocking, you don't need turbo boost so just disable it. Set the multiplyer to 43 on all cores and set a manual voltage of 1.2V and not adaptive.

Is this good?  Tried to play cod:Aw sp and the max cpu temp is 67
