What is the difference

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

They're pretty much the same card other than for a slight clock speed increase and a backplate on the G1.

I'm looking at gigabyte 970s and there are two different 970s one with Geforce in the name and one not. i can't find the difference, can some one please tell me!

Coolers are slightly different. That's it. Buy the cheapest or whichever you think looks better. Also the first one has a backplate, it'll sag less.
