also, no joke, overclock your monitors. i have mine running at 65 FPS.. 12.5% more fps isn't bad right?

Start from the max voltage you can achieve while maintaining reasonable temperatures, and then adjust the multiplier until its no longer stable. Once you've found the highest stable multiplier, lower the voltage until you find the lowest stable voltage.

iirc monitor overclocking is a bit more risky/not as straight forward as cpu overclocking.

I see. Don't wanna fiddle to much, how high would you recommend voltaghe? I'm currently at 1.2 volts with 4.2ghz speed.

Dosn't overclocking reduce the lifespan of pretty much everything?

Anything up to 1.30v is perfectly fine to run for extended periods -- so long as temps stay below 80c~.

Raised up voltage to 1.30v and speed to 4.5ghz with 60 degrees max temp. Should I try upping speed until non stable and would you recommend by a .1 or .2 increase.

.1/step. Easy way to test is if it makes it to the OS and desktop, run a round of Cinebench R15 or R11.5. If it passes, it's tentatively stable (probably not long term-OS stable), if not you'll have to increase voltage or lower the clock.

Yeah... can't get it any higher than 4.5ghz without blue screening on desktop. I guess it's the max I can reach.

Try setting VCCIN to ~1.83v and see if that gets you to desktop. Although it may just be an unlucky draw :(
