Keyboard or Xbox one controller

Well, title basically says it all, I am wondering what will be better a keyboard or a controller, and is there any keyboards for roughly the same price as the controller (£44.86)

A good Keyboard for 50$ is hard, I made the mistake an bought the Logitech G105 and now I'm already looking to buy myself a nice mechanical Keyboard because the Keys are really wobbly to press.

Keyboard will stomp all over any controller (unless its for flying sims/ jets in bf4)

 

Checkout newegg or amazon for keyboards. Decent brands are corsair, logitech, coolermaster, duckey, WASD.. there are others, but those are some of the better brands i can think of off the top of my head

If you weren't in the UK, I'd recommend this Monoprice Cherry MX Blues keyboard.

Honestly, I love my Dual Shock 4 controller. I found a legitimate one on Ebay for $45. If your computer has blue tooth, I highly recommend it along with DS4Windows.

Now that's what I'd call subjective.

 

Like @Silent_Xaxal mentions, plenty of games are better on controller. Keyboards simply don't have the gradual input required for precision, in let's say, a racing game or flight sim.

keyboard for anyting not related to driving sim or flying =)

The more precision a 3D platformer needs, the more likely you'll benefit from a controller. Ass. Creed isn't going to need the precision and timings that something styled-after Banjo Kazooie or Crash Bandicoot would need (And we are seeing more of these games being made and released on our platform of choice).

Also, if you really need a controller, you can get a wired Xbox 360 one for like $20 and it'll work fine.

 

a $20 keyboard on the otherhand... well lets just say it'd be best used as a foot-rest lol

I am talking about £ not $ so it should be at least a small price gap like $70 is around £45-£50 but thanks for all the feedback so quickly.
