For the current generation of components, what are the sweet spots (or parts, rather) of every component? The sweet spots are the parts where the the price and performance is at its peak (in a consumer's perspective), and wherein anything higher would provide very little marginal gains only - to the point where that said "sweet spot" is actually a better buy.

I got i5-4690k for processors

GTX 970 for graphics cards

8gb 2133mhz for ram

256gb for ssds

1tb for storage drives

how bout for power supplies, and other components?

you could argue that 750ti's are hard to beat in price/performance too

The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?

Do not ever use gpuboss to compare GPUs, it's not representative of anything.

Well, Anandtech is trusted.
