For the amd users out there, the new omega drivers have been released. Go get them! The peformance increase is insane!

I used assassins creed unity as a test for the new drivers, cause well this game runs like shit. before this driver i got about 20-25 fps after this driver its 28-45! and the fps is mostly 35 and dips to 28.

my rig:

fx 8320

8gb ram

r9 270x club3d royalqueen

Okay, installed after a complete sweep with DDU. The problem is that I don't have that many new games to actually test it with.... Anyway, no error after the installation (something that happened frequently with 14.4 and 14.9) so that's a good sign. Also I couldn't find the VSR option yet.

edit: found it, digital flat panels, properties. I thought you activate it on a game by game basis, seems like you just activate it for your monitor and then choose higher resolutions in the game.

Aaaand VSR is bollocks if you have multiple monitors...... The game now runs at 3200x1800 on a 1440p screen, menus don't work properly and all my other monitors are completely out of whack. Pretty useless if you ask me. Does DSR on the Nvidia-side work the same? Does the game switch resolution as well?

Farcry 4 @ 3200x1800 :) Looks very nice. @ 1080p performance went up a healthy amount! 50-62fps to 59-70fps, a nice jump indeed.

But I'm mainly going to be using it for AA-Lacking games.

4K is only for the 285, 290's get 3200x1800
