If you are worried about electrical damage by high humidity, buy a cheap quiet dehumidifier and put it at your window in your room.

You can put packs of Silica Gel inside your case as well, I've never tried it but it should help

Most electronics will state a "operating range" where they are designed to be safe, such as 0 - 80% non-condensing or something like that.  Very humid air by itself can sometimes cause problems, but if you are exclusively concerned about actual condensation forming liquid water on or in the device, check out the guide that was mentioned above

High humidity is better in the sense you don't generate static electricity. But it's bad for condensation reasons. Plus if you live near the ocean, humidity is bad news bears on any exposed metal.

 

Low humidity has the issue with static.

It's only an issue if you bring your computer outside for trips to something like a LAN event, then the water can condensate on the electronics incredibly easily. If you have any experience with photography gear this happens with lenses all the time.

Data centers often monitor relative humidity levels for these reasons.
