Buzzing sound in PSU. HELP

When I plug in the cable needed to power up the power supply into the power supply and turn it on, the psu starts making this "zzzzzzzzz" (buzzing). I don't know what's causing this. It's brand new :l Its a Cooler Master V750

Desktop: Intel Core i5 2380P (2400 w/o iGPU), MSI H61, 8GB RAM, 256GB SP610, 500GB WD Blue, HIS R9 280, Antec TruePower Classic 550W, Inwin MANA 134, QNIX QX2710, CM QuickFire Rapid, Logitech G402

 

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L40D, AMD A6-6310, 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Radeon R4 Graphics, 14" 1366x768

It's normal if everything is plugged correctly.

Is there anyway I can not make it emit sounds. It's irritating and worrying. If it doesn't work, will warranty cover it? Plus, I JUST bought this. It wasn't making any sounds but I was halfway updating windows

Warranty should cover it but the policy varies. Try to send it in for rma.

Coil whine is a very common thing in PSUs and is luck of the draw. It doesn't affect the operation of the PSU therefore warranty generally doesn't cover it but it depends on the brand. Not sure how Cooler Master handles it but contact them and ask. It doesn't do anything bad, it's just annoying.
