I have a huge issue where my computer stutters doing anything. If I am at the desktop and I move the mouse around the cursor tends to stop for a coupe of seconds then moves where I want it to go. If I am watching a video or playing a game the thing tends to stop for a couple of seconds then fastforwards couple of seconds If that makes sense. I have taken the entire computer apart and put it back together. I have also reformatted my operating system then reinstalled the drivers no luck.

Uhmm.. better GPU and better CPU I suppose.

a GTX 660 is capable of running games, yet not on High settings and it can cause some stutters. Also by the CPU Bottlenecking.. I see that your CPU.. ehh, not so .. high for gaming. It's OK, but I guess bottlenecked.

Thank you for your response

My issue is not only in games but also watching youtube videos and if I am on the desktop I tend to move the mouse it stutters. I have taken out the graphics card and been using the onboard video on my motherboard the problem still persits. I am guessing it is either the motherboard or the CPU but I don't know which one. I am not going to waste any more money.
