wierd question?

iv bought pc for a few years now but now is the time i wanted to build my own gaming pc, but when i went to add windows 7 pro to my shopping cart i thought to my self how could a pc you buy in a store for 400 euro's have windows 7 but when i buy the same components with windows to build myself its way more pricy like 149 euro's more, so my question: how is windows priced when you buy a pc in a store?

OEM copies of an operating system are much cheaper, but they come without any sort of customer support. Also, companies like DELL that build thousands of PCs will be able to get deals with microsoft, by buying lots of licences at once.

I got BT which limits max connections so i get 0.1kbps with torrents which sucks.

I don't torrent though lol, they only time I used it was to get Win 7 and then I uninstalled it right away.

My dad has a windows bussiness plan, he gets _____ copies of the windows OS (serial keys) and pays per year, cost him so and so much money
also buying in bulk costs them a lot less so

Can you even buy Windows 7 anymore? Id buy a few copies if there is a way. I cant find a digital version on the MS website and I havnt seen any copies online or in stores.

My dad's company buys it for him! He gets like 10 licenses for Windows 8 Ultimate and 10 for Windows 8 Home.
