Run what? Almost anything can run windows on 4k if you are asking

If you are talking about gaming with that setup. No. Prepare to lower all the settings.

Yes it'll run it, and you'll be able to play most games at 4k medium or higher settings. Some games like Crysis 3 you may have to turn down the resolution to w/e the arbitrary resolution is for 4k monitors (2880x1620 I think) unless 55fps @ low is acceptable.
