Are AMD hinting at something?

I thought this video AMD put up on youtube was kind of funny. I wonder how far off they really are from an APU that isn't comparable to an 8 year old GPU. They seem to either be drinking spiked kool-aid, or they are being very subtle and hinting at a powerhouse APU in the not so distant future. anyway, I had a chuckle after watching this.

if they could put something like a R7 265 or R7 260X into an APU....that would be so amazing for Budget builds.

A powerhouse APU from AMD would be pretty badass, but it would probably cost an arm and a leg.

 

It'll be interesting to see how/if AMD pairs their APU's with the new DDR4 ram.
