cpu, use aida 64, there is a 30 day trial, for GPU use MSI afterburner or the branded software from your gpu maker, aida 64 also stresses RAM

  • CPU: Prime95. Unless you use Haswell, then use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility
  • GPU: A game. I can recommend Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Metro: Last Light. Essentially any graphics heavy game.
  • RAM: Prime95
  • Cooling: A combination of a CPU stress test and a game.

To monitor the GPU and CPU clock speed and temperature you can use MSi Afterburner.

Prime 95 will overvolt haswell CPU's when in the OS if you leave the voltage set to auto in the BIOS

But I would recommend you use

CPU: Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

GPU: Ungine Heaven/Valley

Ram: aida 64/Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

Monitoring: I would use HWMonitor/Speccy/HWInfo But its down to preference.
