Best Z97 motherboard around $150 USD

I am looking for a good Z97 motherboard to go with an intel Core i5 4690K. I was looking at the Gigabyte Z97x-ud5h and the Asus Z97-A but both are sold out on Newegg. Any suggestions for other motherboards?

 

I also plan to overclock the Core i5

The UD5 is a great mobo, but it from elsewhere.

If you have to buy from newegg, consider the mpower.

Or the Z97-Pro.

Reasonable for the price. At the moment, the z97 pro is a pretty good deal for 157$ on newegg.
