Hey guys, Just finished putting together a x99 build and the damn thing wont post!

When I hit the power:

the pump starts,

the fans and gpu fans turn on,

the moba lights turn on,

but it does display anything!

I tried removing the ram to see if I would get a beep, but still nothing. The computer PARTS turn on, but no post.

Does this point to an issue with the moba, or cpu? or am I just doing something stupid

whats does the monitor say?

check if source input is correct/cable connection?

is there anyway to test your ram/gpu/psu on another com?

if all is working then it might be motherboard.

occured to me once. had to rma the board as it was not posting.

Did you connect the image cable to the motherboard or to the GPU?

Do you have your 8 pin CPU cables in? 24 pin?

Reseat RAM and reseat CPU.

Also do you have your case speaker in?

Perhaps you should mark as solved? Just a suggestion. :)
