I am getting around 55 fps on High txaa2 in far cry, is this normal with my specs?

Specs:

Amd fx 8350 overclocked to 4.4 ghz

With a noctua nh-d14

Msi gtx 970 overclocked a little

16 gb ddr3 ram

Asus m5a97 r2.0

4 case fans

Samsung 250gb ssd

2 terabyte hdd

Be quiet 600w 80 silver plus

Far cry 4

NVIDIA have a pretty lengthy article on tweaking performance. From what i can remember of TBs review, there are some particular settings that will tank performance. (http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/far-cry-4-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide)
