FPS start dipping to 30 randomly

So after I've played for a while (Wow, The Crew and the more "hardcore" games) my fps starts going down from it's ogirinally 60-80 to 30 and stays at 30 for about 10 seconds which is really annoying. I got my CPU overclocked a little, and never seen the degree over 70, and my GPU is stable at about 75C. What could be the problem ?

You can set it to either 30 or 60.
