What are some good 120mm high performance but also quiet fans with blue LEDs?

Noctua nf f12 With some blue leds taped on to them. #logic

Dude you ever tried Corsair fans before? Their not that great if you're looking for silence fans.

Well personally I only use be quiet! fans, but LED performing fans are hard to find. I wonder if the SilverStone AP have LEDs

I believe Gelid Wing has one with blue LEDs. They also have UV fans. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

Antec Truequiet 120

That's very far from high performance.

Gelid Wings would be more suitable as quiet midrange-performing fans.
