Talk about an unfair comparison. Not sure why you even bothered asking this.

In editing an 8370 will stomp all over an i3.

not in editing...in rendering.

most editing software wheter it's video editing or photo editing mostly rely on strong core performance once again...rendering (2d or 3d) or transcoding for example is faster on a multi-core FX processor.
