Could you PM me the link to the channel? I'd like to see the content before I give any advice.

Edit: Alright, your attitude is great and your style is unique, I like what I see. It feels very casual and less like you're reading from a teleprompter. Keep it that way. It sort of feels podcast-y especially when you have multiple people and that is not a bad thing at all. In my opinion, I would scrap the current intro and go with a simpler approach, but if you like it, keep it. I'm not going to tell you to get a better camera because that will probably happen anyway. Also, complete no offense here, but try and make your spelling and punctuation perfect in the videos because it is kind of off-putting when spelling errors is the first thing you see. So yeah, the content that's important is great but the things around it could be better.

Be yourself, and do it because you enjoy, not because you want the money from it. Oh, and also, be active with your subscribers, they'll feel more connected and important, and they'll want to stay... And who knows? Maybe they'll tell their friends about your channel.. ;)

You have to do something special that nobody else does or dome something better than everyone else if you want to get any kid of attention.

i think i produce pretty good quality 1080p and decent audio, it isn't great as i don't want to invest a tun of money into this just yet.

well it's hard to get established on youtube because i garantee you that there are already other people making videos of the same thing you are doing....and i dont even know what you are doing......people have got their " go to channels "  and if you keep making content , eventually it will catch on.....i get about 30 views per video which sounds really lame......but that means that 30 people are enjoying what i make or they wouldnt be watching it.

have quality content, be fluent in your speaking but dont make it fake (its ok to have some "umms" but not alot of them), be yourself. at the end of the day people wanna watch YOU not just your content., be creative and try new things and its okay to get out of your normal youtube zone. you can do vlogs if you haven't tried or animation. try to roll them out on a scheduled basis and not miss alot of upload dates (message me if you want to know my secret to this). but at the end of the day the only way you will gain alot of subs is if you colab with other youtube channels. (if your into tech/gaming. message me also :) )

also PM your channel too. so i can get into specifics.

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.
