Old Hard drive Ideas?

I have a few old hard disk drives. 2 3.5" IDE drives and a 2.5" broken laptop drive. Can I use them for something or any ideas for decoration or something?

How about using those 3.5" Hard Drives to put together a retro gaming PC or 2 (example: AMD Athlon @1.x GHz, 2 GB DDR2 RAM, Geforce 6800 Ultra AGP, etc)?

Note: Under the assumption that the 3.5" Hard Drives still work.

For those IDE drives. Well. it was made I think around 12 - 15 years ago. I dont think it still works

Or take the platters out and make coasters and use the magnets as fridge magnets.

Those "fridge" magnets is never coming off then. I used to play with those magnets before and they are extremely strong. But those platters make really nice wind chimes.
