I would not call that a mid range gaming laptop, that GPU will barely do anything

 

You need at least an 850m or 860m, most games will even work on lowest settings on a 720

so should i buy a laptop that has a less better processor and storage and ram for 2 gb memory of GPU or this lenovo right here. cuz other brands have less performance although more gb memory in GPU

You need a BETTER GPU, a 720m is utterly useless for gaming

again im not gonna play BF4 or something intensive... games on low settings are ok for me.

my question is will it help me if the 740m with 2 gb be of better prefomance but with lower CPU and ram cuz this lenovo has better am and CPU than other brands show.. so what should i consider more?

800$ in ILS 3000 in Israel (so i can say that in dollars the budget is a lot less..)
