I was thinking about Corsair H60i or CoolerMaster Seidon 120V.

What do you suggest?

I don't have money right now for an H80 or H100.

Don't bother for single fan AIOs, they're not that great. If your budget is limited, try going for the Cooler Master EVO 212 or a beQuiet darkrock 3 if you can spend a little more on it. They should do way better than your stock cooler.

@napster007

Don't buy a 120mm AIO for your CPU, its a job half done, and often more expensive, and underperforms compared to air tower coolers.

If you're tight on money, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is an excellent option.

If you can save up money, the lowest you should look at is a 240mm AIO for your CPU.  Avoid the H100i, it is not guaranteed to work for you out of the box without modifications, also a noisy pump and buggy software make it a product to avoid when there are less expensive alternatives that perform the same.  For those it works for, it works great, but I see far too many people complaining about the H100i and H80i on a daily basis, so its a situation to avoid.

Check out the Cooler Master Seidon 240M on Newegg.com, can be had for $70 I think.

Thanks for the advice. I'll go with The Hyper212 EVO/X. The CM Seidon 240M is about 185$ in my country. Wayy out of budget.

Oh wow, that is nuts...

Yea, definitely go with a less expensive air cooler.  Do you happen to have a link to a website that you shop at and I could look around?  Let me know your budget so I know what I have to work with and I'll try and find you the best option for your money.  It very well might end up being the 212EVO, but it doesn't hurt to see the other options out there.  The 4790k is a hot running chip, and you want to keep it cool.

I'm not too familiar with that one, any particular reason you linked me that one?

I know a lot of friends with the 212 EVO, it's a great cooler for a low budget so that's one I really can advise you to get.

The 212X is an updated 212Evo.

Ok, I searched around all of those websites, and if you wanted to go water cooling, you certainly have the budget for it, but honestly, its going to cost you more money, and not perform that much better than an air tower cooler.

I recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212X - 2601Rs and if you want, you could add a 2nd 120mm fan.  As long as the fan you buy has square housing, it will work.

If you really want to go water cooling, the Deepcool Maelstrom 120k - 3758Rs is not too expensive.

I've been here since the forum launched. I don't see the problem with a small correction. I wasn't belittling the poster in any way, nor was I attacking them.
