Help with display scaling.

I have the AOC q2963PM, which has a resolution of 2560x1080. I was trying to play Mass Effect on 1920x1080 and the display has these stupid borders on all sides of the 1080p picture, which make it blurry because it does not scale correctly. Is there a fix?

updated all Drivers, check the resolution a secound time and the windows res. aswell
