1. Budget & Location
I Live In The US.My Budget Is $1200 But  I Am Willing To Spend More If It Makes A Lot More Diffrence

2. Aim
Its Only Going To Be Used For Hardcore Gaming. I Going To Keep The PC I Am On Right Now For 3D Modeling And Such

3. Monitors
I Plan On Running 3 Moniters,They Will All Be At 1080p

4. Peripherals
I Will Need Windows,But I Will Not Need Peripherals 

5. Why are you upgrading?
Well In This Current PC I Don't Think I  Can Upgrade To A GTX 970 So I Rather Just Get A New One

Got the new define r5 in it. Also a 4690K and 970

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?
