Hello readers.

1.

This is my build currently ( all prices will be calculated in USD ):

Corsair RM Series 650 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified Power Supply - CP-9020054-NA RM650 = 100$

EVGA EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 256bit, DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI, DP SLI Ready Graphics Card Graphics Cards 04G-P4-2974-KR = 350$

Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow = 60$

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit, System Builder OEM DVD 1 Pack (New Packaging) = 100$

WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX = 55$

Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Black (HX316C10FBK2/8) = 72$

Now the problem I am having is picking between Intel or AMD, in no way shape or form do I fan boy one or the other but it's just that I have always used Intel and will prefer if this build stays "intelligent" ( Awkward silence ). Anyway, my budget should not exceed 1100 USD$ however I may be able to stretch that by just a bit.

Feel free to tell me if I should change something, but I would really like if the build stayed with the above graphics card ( since it is the best buck for the dollar ).

2.

Now, my goal is to play 2015 games at high-ultra settings at 60 frames, meaning stuff like, the division, star wars: battlefront,

rainbow six: siege, mirror's edge, Kerbal Space Program...And most importantly ARMA 3, DAYZ (standalone) and GTA-V !!!

3.

I will be running these games on my 1920x1200 monitor, although I might buy a 4k monitor way later down the road.

You can fit any Windows in the price. You can also switch the 290 to the 970. Whichever you want.
