Replacing northbridge heatsink

I have been trying to OC my fx 8350 over 4.6 ghz but my northbridge temp gets very high (95c) When my cpu gets to about 75C on prime 95. I am thinking of replacing the Sabertooth oem northbridge heat sink for a better one like this one

But my question is will this void my motherboard warranty.

It will most likely void the warranty. Also what case do you have and how many fans for intake/outtake because it really should not be getting that high at all

that's super high for a sabertooth board

Currently I am using the haf 912 with a 200mm intake a 140 mm side intake, h100i at the top in push pull and a 120mm exhaust. AND a 80mm noctua fan blowing right on the VRM 

 

I am getting the phantom 410 soon

Do you have good case airflow? That should fix it. Also what are you doing that needs a 4.6ghz+ CPU?

I had my Sabertooth & FX8350 at 4.8ghz at 1.51v stable temps under 65c CPU & motherboard temps lower than that.

Something sounds wrong.

Wow at 1.5 volts. Did you use northbridge OC or cpu multiplyer OC?
