The Athlon II X4 line is starting to show their age. Any known info about a new generation of similar SKUs?

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Ooooh derp I already heard about that, but I thought it was an addition to the old line rather the introduction of a new one. But sure enough, it says 28nm.

Though according to Passmark this is barely an improvement. At least it has kept the pricing level consistent with the old ones.

Slightly better single core score, It is still a budget minded CPU, It is quite in line with a G3250 at stock clocks but with 4 cores.

Farcry 4 and Dragon Age Inquisition doesnt support lower than quad core CPU's so thats one advantage(if they dont patch it)

NCIX said the the 860k won't open them either but can't find any other source to confirm it.

Well the Pentium's hype was short lived anyway.

actually the 860K does work with Far Cry 4

but no news if Dragon Age Inquisition will work with the 860K but it should since the 860K is a true quad core

Pentium also works with a player-made workaround.

Anyone who has a sister hates the fact that his sister isn't Kasugano Sora.
Anyone who does not have a sister hates the fact that Kasugano Sora isn't his sister.
I'm not insulting anyone; I'm just being condescending. There is a difference, you see...
