Wait until a few weeks before you are building your PC.

 

New stuff will be out by then and noone can tell what will be the best performing hardware in relation to price and so on.

 

No point in planing yet.

Frost upon these cigarettes.... lipstick on the window pane...

It looks decent so far but it could be cheaper. For one, the psu is overkill. A good 600w bronze psu will do fine.
