This is what i've got so far, i intend to pop in another 970 at some point for SLI, so wondering whether it would work when i do. At the moment its costing £998 or $1570, not really looking to spend much more but spending less would be great! Any feedback is much appreciated :) cheers.

You haven't lost any performance. Changed the mobo to something in keeping with the white and black theme. RAM is two kits of 1866 Kingston Fury, one black and one white. Also added three extra case fans for roof exhaust.

@Rebelattack specific motherboard, but the GPU was an asus strix 970 so i don't know how that compares in size to the windforce. Also this is apparently a minor issue for the case and gpu but i'm not really sure whether it would apply to me?

The NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 406mm long, but video cards over 294mm may block drive bays. Since the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card is 310mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

The drive bays that house the Hard drives will just slide out. I don't know the setup in the H440 but usually there are 2 or 3 removeable bays depending on the case. Either way you will still have room for 2 or 3 hard drives, and the SSD can be mounted on top of the power supply cover.

**EDIT**  This shows you the interior bays - http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/03/27/nzxt_h440_midtower_case_review/4#.VHiF9jGsUnI

The Bays are removed with thumbscrews so it is easy going.

@Rebelattack @Demons Wrath @lee32uk uk one other thing, would the build manage cpu and gpu oc'ing?

The Superflower one in my spec will handle overclocking no problem, as will the XFX one in Demons spec.

I would avoid the EVGA NEX G1 in your spec, and also the Corsair Builder as that is pretty low end as far as psu's go.
