  2. If you don't ever want more than 1 GPU, then get an mATX or mITX system. No point it being huge if it doesn't need to be.
  3. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/pny-memory-md16384kd31600x9 These instead.
  4. Half the things in that list are overly expensive or just silly. That PSU is not that good, the mobo is too expensive, and you're wasting a load of cash on cables? This is silly.

If you want a 2nd 970, grab one of these short form factor ones http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn970ixoc4gd Also if you can find that Acer monitor which hasn't got the price attached to it, then you should get that instead. Almost identical specs to the ROG Swift, but IPS instead of TN. Very sexy. If not, then I suppose the Swift will have to do.
  8. Egypt Nefsak Souq e3050 Quality Data Systems Found this list that might help you find better prices. If this is going to be a pure gaming PC, then you should look for: i5 4690k, decent Z97 board with SLI compatibility, nice 120mm tower cooler (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is common), GTX 970, decent 750w psu for future SLI capability, 8gb of Ram (2x4gb), nice case with good airflow (Corsair 230T maybe), 120gb or 240gb ssd (Crucial is nice for the price, as is the new OCZ stuff), 1TB or 2TB hdd for mass storage.

That case was crazy expensive, so I changed it for something perfectly good. Don't need a fan controller because there are enough headers on the better mobo, and the case itself comes with a fan controller for 2 (case comes with 4 fans out of the box so no need for more). SLI capabilities and an unlocked i7 for overclocking goodness. Good stuff.

If this is going to be a pure gaming machine, I'd say go Intel. If you plan on other things, the AMD is hard to beat for value.

  13. The Kingston Fury is not bad, its around $11 less than the Samsung 850 Evo, but if I could recommend something, it would be a larger capacity SSD. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct240m500ssd1 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct250bx100ssd1 or if you're feeling frisky, a pair of 120gb's in RAID 0 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sdssdp128gg25
