Solved by elecxonica,
If you can train yourself not to bottom out, Browns are probably your best option for a quiet switch. Blues will always create a clicking sound when you type due to there design, and reds don't offer feedback for when the actuation occurs, meaning it's more difficult to type without bottoming out, which creates a large amount of the noise when typing.
If you feel adventurous, you could always do an orings mod, which will make them feel a little worse but reduces the sound a fair bit.
