recommended system requirements !?

I am about to buy new pc (custom build) mainly to play World of tanks 

 

-recommended system requirements

i am wondering will this be enough :

CPU : AMD Athlon x4 860K

GPU : MSI radeon R9 270x 2gb (gaming)

RAM:2x4 gb

 

On which settings could i play this game if i have exactly the same recommended system requirements ? 

low,medium,high,maximum ?

More than enough, you could give the pentium a try though.
