Budget headphones/headset

I need a new headset/headphones. My budget is around 30€, and I like bass. The problem is that open headphones are not cheap :(

Anyways, the ones I think are the best for my pocket are the Ozone Rage ST.

The ones I use ATM have one hearcup not working and they are on ear and uncomfortable... And my speakers... Wait... Where are they?
