Having trouble installing win7

Go to solution Solved by JeffreyEagan,

Grab the win7 iso file, and place all the files in it into a folder on your desktop, then run the setup.exe in the folder. It should be able to work then.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but i googled the issue and didnt find anything that worked so i decided to post this.
I want to do a clean install of windows 7, but everytime i start the installer I get the "setup was unable to create or locate a partition" error.
I want to install win7 from a usb on my new SSD (intel 730 240gb), and I've tried doing it with the other 2 HDDs plugged and unplugged, and get same result.
I tried changing the sata modes, that didn't help
I've restarted countless times, still nothing
Tried using deleting, partitioning, formatting, etc, also reset my bios settings.
I also booted back up to my normal windows from the HDDs and used disk management to format the ssd to NTFS, windows recognises it and everything http://i.gyazo.com/e5d0afc103eabc4f4ee564d7b24f9486.png

I even tried doing the install to one of my hard disks, which work perfectly fine with running windows right now, and still gave me same error and told me to check logs.

On a few occasions it said that the NTSC format was incompatible or something along those lines, I don't remember 100%, so i reformatted it with CMD (following someone's tutorial) as well as disk management.
What should I do now? do you think it's a problem with the win7 installer on the disk, me not formatting properly or not having the right drivers? Do i need to do some kind of special partitions?
Or maybe I should just clone my C:/ drive and just give up on the clean install thing?

You really should try another os version or disk but even tho is strange since is working just fine on your old hhd

I'm assuming you mean Home Premium x64 ?

Redownload the ISO. (that one includes SP1)

Try actually burning the ISO to a DVD.

I have never got the usb to work. I had to burn it and use the disk. No issues there ever.
