I tried really really hard not to go over $700, but the monitor and the OS killed the budget too fast. I didn't include an SSD nor optical drives cuz it would add around $100 more to the build.

This is the best I could come up with. Hope it helps :)

1. Budget & Location
Hi, i held off buying a system because Black Friday was so near so my boss and co-workers convinced me. My budget is 750 Max. United States.

2. Aim
I'll be only playing Planet Side, Team Fortress, F.E.A.R, and Rift. I'll do photo editing, and i'll start practicing graphic design. I want the system to have a sort of look... ummm... like a color scheme... And a NZXT H440, or S340 case. I don't care if the CPU has slower per core, as long as it has 4-core i'm ok with it.
3. Monitors
1 monitor, 1080p, and another one in the future. Don't include in price.
4. Peripherals
I need Windows

5. Why are you upgrading?
Water damages after spilling coffee on rig a few months ago, and apartment was robbed after that few weeks later....
