Cloud Service with specific sharing options

Hi,

 

I've made a video and want to share it with certain people. Now I don't want them to give the link to other people. Is there a cloud service that lets you manually accept requests?

So I send them a link, they click it, fill their name in and then I accept it and they can download it?

I've seen it in Bittorrent Sync already but those people don't want to install a program on their pc just to download something.

You could set a password on the link, and change it when they've downloaded it.
