Motherboard upgrade?

Hey, I need to ask something. 

I'm considering upgrading my motherboard for future upgradeablity but $funds$ are making me need to further consider it.

 

My current build is

 

Motherboard : A78M-E35

CPU : A8-6600k

GPU : R9 270

 

I am considering upgrading to the MSI A88X-G43

Is this worth it?

Or do you know any other motherboards in under $90 I should upgrade to?

Personally I won't upgrade my mobo unless I'll get a new cpu with a new socket. Your mobo is fine.

what kind of upgradability are you looking for in a new motherboard, because if you are going to buy a new mobo for more ram slots or more pcie slots, it would probably not be worth the money unless you also upgrade your cpu. There isnt really much of a reason beyond that to buy just a motherboard.
