CS:GO Build?

Just looking for a not overly expensive build, that can atleast give me 150-200 FPS in game.

 

I already got a hard drive and two optical drives.

 

I got a benq xl2411z 144hz 24.0 as my monitor

 

Just if anyone knows a build not filled with crap I don't need since I only really play CS:GO, no other games.

Why do you want 220fps if you won't notice more than 144?

 

My brother has a fx6300 with a 7750 1gb 4gb of ram and runs the game smooth as silk on 1080p.

i3 4150 and a r9 280 should do the trick

Exactly this, paired with a Gigabyte H97 gaming 3 (for good audio) or if you're into the sonic radar thing from asus get the h97 pro gamer.
