Im planning to watercool my system in the future and i found out that evga 970 have reference pcb. So stumbled upon this version of the 970 from evga: http://goo.gl/LcZZBT

It says that it has a ref pcb, but does that mean that all other versions of the 970 from evga are non-reference?

All EVGA cards have coolers that don't quite fit right on the card cuz they recycled stuff from a previous generation.  Look at NOT buying their cards.  That is all I have to say about EVGA and the 900 series cards.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

References model 970 haven't been released as of yet. UK stores have only recently started selling them

The ACX 2.0 PCB alignment holes don't quite match to references waterblocks and it also has been mentioned being slightly bigger

It's better to go with  MSI 970, as waterblocks have been released for them.
