For a locked processor, you don't need a cooler.  Why not go with unlocked? You might not want to overclock now, but maybe in the future. Also, the motherboard you selected is mATX.  It will work in that chassis, but its going to look strange having such a small motherboard in a full tower case.  Get the ASRock Z97 Anniversary Edition for $119.

I would also like to make a recommendation on a better monitor.  Go for an IPS panel monitor.  Much better viewing angles and colors.  Here are some options

LG 23' IPS - $169 <-- Same price as the one you select, but much better.

ViewSonic 21.5' IPS - $135

Also, some better, less expensive RAM that will match the ASRock Z97 Motherboard:

G.Skill 1866Mhz 9CL - $109

G.Skill 2133Mhz 9CL - $109

RAM is RAM, don't pay more for the Corsair brand that won't do anything special for you.  G.Skill is one of the best companies to buy RAM from.  This stuff is better, matches the Z97 motherboard I picked out, and less expensive.

Lastly, pick up the i5-4690k.  I already saved you $16 on the motherboard and RAM, so the cost is starting to mitigate. Also, you don't need to buy a CPU cooler from the start, its a part that can easily be added later.  That is another $40 saved, so you're only paying $14 more out of pocket to go with an unlocked i5 + Z97 + performance RAM that you can later add a CPU cooler to.  This is a better long-term solution because overclocking in the future will help extend the useful life of this processor, and in some games, it improves performance by a lot.

I can't access the wishlist because it's private, but my suggestions would be

Not overclocking: Arctic Alpine 11 Plus

Light overclocking: Hyper 212 EVO

Heavy overclocking: Noctua NH-D14/D15, Dark Rock Pro 3 or Cryorig R1

To add on to this. For heavy overclocking: Phanteks ph-tc14pe(fans look better than noctua's, and it comes in colours, and is better than the d14)
