Just make sure that your internet time is set to the correct time zone as that can cause a few issues.

Hmm...okay. That is odd. Do you adjust the time yourself or do you let your clock sync with a time server?

Replace CMOS battery, set the correct time zone or disable internet time syncing...

Like others are saying, it could be that your CMOS battery has used up all of its life (AKA dead battery).

Have you unplugged your PC at all during the times that the clock changes? If so, that would be evidence of the CMOS battery dying. However, if you haven't unplugged in your PC at all, then I imagine it's just an incorrect setting in Windows.
