Shipping time seems to vary with Newegg, since they ship from different warehouses. Stuff that I've ordered from Newegg has taken from as little as two days to arrive to as much as 2.5 weeks.

Well, it really depends on where you live, I'm in oregon, and their nearest warehouse is in cali, so if it says 4 to 7 days, it'll get here in about five.

My favourite mATX chassis of all is the Enthoo Evolv. I'd give it a look!

Depends if you live near their depot, they have a small fleet of cars that can do sameday if you live within their travel limits. Even then it'll take a small amount of time. Although if you do super eggsaver, then it'll end up coming within that 4/7 day time frame.

Does the Xigmatek Aquila count as a cube case? I'd consider that and the Fractal Design Node 804.
