I'd go Zotac

The 970 Zotac AMP or the 970 Asus STRIX?

Who's better

Zotac. But personally I would get Gigabyte.

Gigabyte gaming G1, if that's an option.

 

If not, I'd go Zotac

There's no "stock" 970 per se. Assuming by Zotac you mean the extreme, go Zotac. Also if you plan to SLI go Zotac. otherwise, ASUS

Also look at the price difference. The "Reference" is twice the price as the non-ref. I think that is just an Nvidia showpiece

This is with a 700w PSU I think i saw one withought but it sold out

You can't actually purchase it, and the reason it costs so much more there is because it comes with a 700 watt power supply or whatever.
