8gb ram -> enough for all games now, you mobo allows up to 32gb ram

1tb HDD enough for now, if you want you can add an SSD later.

No its not when you are buying items. Different countries have different prices. I can build you PC on pcpartpicker US for $1000 and it may cost 2000€ in your country.
