Philips HUE alternative?

I've been looking to get a set of HUE lamps:

The only problem I have with them is the hefty price tag of €200 (250 USD), now call me cheap but that's too much for three LED lightbulbs IMO. Now I'm asking you guys if you know any alternatives to the HUE.

But these are lights you can control WIRELESSLY.

You could try Ikea LED strips, but they're not able to be controlled from a smartphone
