Need advice on next setup

HI,

Right now i'm looking into buying new monitors. i have right now a single 24" 2 years old samsung 1080p 60Hz monitor and I want to upgrade everything.

I would prefer to have 2 monitors since i multitask a lot. What i do primarly is i play games, a little bit of everything (fps, rts, moba, etc...) and i watch a lot of tv series and movies. I don't do any content creation. I would say i watch more tvs than gaming like 60/40.

my rigs is

i5 4690K

gtx 760(will be upgraded at the same times for a gtx970)

16go of ram

My question are

1440p vs 1080p

TN vs IPS

2x 27" vs 2x 24"

the models i were looking into was

BenQ xl2720z

Asus VG248QE

if you have any other  suggestion.

Thanks

Do you think you are gonna do 1440p gaming?

IPS looks better, but TN has faster response time.

The size.. If you are looking to get 1440p, 27" and higher is probably the only thing available.

If however you're going for 1080p, it's just a matter of preference. My desk would be perfect for 24", because I sit a bit closer to it.
