Any Ideas? Help?...PSU/HDD issues.

Ok. System specs.

8370 on a Asus Sabertooth 990fx
24gb ram
3X R9 280xs
2 ssds (120 and a 240)
2 hdds (3tb WD green and 1tb WD blue)
WAS a 750w PSU. Just upgraded to 1200w EVGA Supernova or whatever. (only had one gpu before psu upgrade)

Problem: Install all hardware. Boot to windows on existing os install. No software change. All 3 gpus working in crossfire just fine.

ONLY 1 hard drive appearing in "My Computer". the 120gb ssd with the OS on it.  In disk management I can see (see attached screenshot)
the 240 appears, failed. The 3tb appears. Failed. and the 1tb is no where to be found.

I've tried swapping cables and i've changed ports on the PSU (4available)
NOTE: The 120gb working drive IS on a Sata power cord to itself while the other 3 share one.
Swapped the other SSD to the same Sata cord as the working drive.
No change.
Plugged Sata powered light into sata power cable with no working drives. Works Fine.
Unplugged and replugged SATADATA cables from mobo. Switched ports on a few.
No change.

Looking for suggestions or advice guys.  Usually google gives me good answers. I thought i'd give the forum community a shot since i assume all of you are as knowledgable as myself or greater.

Just want the data off the 3tb. if i lose everything else ill live. Especially if a fresh format saves the drives themselves. But I NEED that data on the 3tb.post-144997-0-70831600-1416115933_thumb.

I don't even know why I'm an ASUS fanboy...but I am.
