Problems with internet Please Help

So my internet has been really slow since Thursday. My current speed is 0.48 Mbps download and 0.37 Upload Mbps. Its normally 7.15 Mbps download and 0.36 upload . My ISP is BT they have not helped on Thursday they said it was a problem on there end wait 48 hours if it is not fixed call again and today they said to a get BT home hub 4 we had a home hub 3. There Is still know change after about 3 hours with new home hub.

 

I have also tried new Ethernet cable to my pc this did not help.

try clearing the routers cache and the acsess points cache also do that with the modem

How do i do that? 

unplug for at least 15 sec and if it has a red button that clears the cache then use that
